Oyster seed that is less than 1/2 inch is put into condos with small mesh to protect them from predators while allowing for growth.

After about one year in the condos they get transferred to trays to continue growing.

We go to the farm frequently to ensure the highest quality oyster possible.

There's nothing better than a cold refreshing Rising Tide on a hot summer day!
